EXPERIENCE AND OTHER
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Some college required and 4 years related experience preferred. Ability to
operate a personal computer and effectively use Microsoft Office and other
common office equipment. Must be extremely detail oriented and able to
multi-task. Position requires extensive amount of file and record
maintenance. Must have excellent office management skills,
communication skills and experience with diverse populations.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES: Responsible for adhering to all college procedures and policies as outlined
in the Employee Handbook. Assist the Campus Dean in administering,
planning, and coordinating special seminars, conferences, and workshops.
Credentialing and registering non-credit students. Assist in setting up

SALARY RANGE: $29,215 - $31,916
